Heather Craig, RDN, LDN
Heather is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of HBC Nutrition living in fantastic Nashville, TN with her husband and 3 children.
Heather's passion in life is helping others feel better about themselves and to feel empowered.
When Heather isn't working or playing tennis she stays active through Pilates, strength training, walking, and more.
On any given day you'll find Heather experimenting with healthy and delicious foods while learning everything she can about nutrition and fitness, and sharing that knowledge with others.
Heather graduated from The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and completed the Dietetic Internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Her specialties include Diabetes Education, Weight Loss, Management of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, and Sports Nutrition.
With over 20 years of experience and several thousand hours of one-on-one client education, Heather is looking forward to taking your health to the next level.
Rebekah Miller, RDN, LDN
Rebekah was born and raised a Hoosier in Indiana but now lives and enjoys the great and beautiful city of Nashville, Tennessee with her husband.
Rebekah is motivated to help others. She is always on the lookout for ways she can learn and grow by looking for books to read and interesting podcasts to listen to.
Rebekah loves spending time with her friends and family while staying active outside with hiking, gardening, camping, and walking.
Rebekah started her career as an organic farmer. After earning her Bachelors of Arts in Humanities from Houghton College she worked as a farmer for farms across the country, starting as an intern and eventually working her way up to farm manager.
From there, she wanted to help people connect the dots between sustainable farming practices and healthy eating. She attended Middle Tennessee State University to earn her Bachelors of Science in Food Science and Nutrition. From there she completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Suzanna Drake, RDN, LDN
Suzanna is a native of Nashville, TN, where she currently resides with her husband and 2 sons.
Suzanna absolutely loves her family! They have taught her the importance of giving and nurturing herself so that she can be present for others. She also loves yoga, hiking, and reading.
Suzanna graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics in 2007.
Immediately after, she completed her dietetic internship through NHC Healthcare in 2008. After her internship, she moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she worked at Methodist Hospital for two years.
Since returning to Nashville, she has also worked in a long-term care facility and dialysis centers.
Jennifer is a native of Nashville TN. She and her husband have 2 wonderful children.
Jennifer is passionate about medical insurance billing and all the challenges that it can present. Jennifer has first-hand experience working with HBC Nutrition. Not only does she work for HBC Nutrition, but she was also originally a client. Because of this, she wants to make the HBC experience a positive one. She's here to help schedule, verify benefits, file insurance claims, and everything in between. Don't hesitate to ask!
In her free time, Jennifer loves spending time with her family, shopping, exploring nature, and reading.
