Lace up your shoes and meet us at the bottom of the stairs at Percy Warner Park in Nashville for a 45 minute walk followed by guided stretching and relaxation with our certified exercise instructor, Donna! We will meet once a month. Check back each month for a location update! Each participant should wear comfortable clothing consisting of walking shoes, good socks, layered clothing, and a hat if needed. Sunscreen is advisable. Wear a watch to record your time and steps, if desired. Make sure you have plenty of water or a sports drink for hydration. Bring a fanny pack or backpack to put your belongings while walking.
